Air Fryer Corn on The Cob

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons crumbled cotija cheese

1 teaspoon lime juice

¼ teaspoon chili powder

2 ears corn, shucked and halved

4 sprigs fresh cilantro, or to taste (Optional)
Direction

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Mix mayonnaise, cotija cheese, lime juice, and chili powder in a shallow dish.

Roll each piece of corn in the mayonnaise mixture until all sides are covered.

Place all 4 pieces of corn in the air fryer basket; cook in the preheated air fryer until golden, crisp, and tender, about 8 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
