Air Fryer Hoisin Salmon

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon grated fresh garlic

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

cooking spray

2 (6 ounce) salmon filets

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 green onion, sliced
Direction

Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. Brush the glaze over the top and sides.

Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray and place salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook in the preheated air fryer for 8 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes; garnish with green onions.
