Air Fryer Honey Mustard Salmon Bites

Ingreadient
  • 1 pound salmon, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

  • 1/4 cup honey mustard

Direction
  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Combine salmon, oil, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Toss to combine. Place seasoned salmon in the basket of the air fryer. 

  3. Air fry for 4 minutes.

  4. Using a basting brush, lightly brush honey mustard over salmon pieces. Stick a toothpick in each bite. 

  5. Air fry until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 4 minutes more.

  6. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
