Cowboy Butter Grilled Corn on the Cob

4 ears fresh yellow sweet corn

1 tablespoon canola oil or other neutral oil

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 cup Cowboy Butter, softened, divided

Gather all ingredients.

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high (400 to 450 degrees F (200 to 225 degrees C)). Brush corn with oil; sprinkle evenly with salt.

Place corn on oiled grates; grill, uncovered and turning often, until charred in spots and tender, 10 to 12 minutes. During the last 1 minute of cooking, brush corn all over with 2 tablespoons of the Cowboy Butter.

Transfer corn to a serving platter and top evenly with remaining 6 tablespoons Cowboy Butter. Serve immediately.
