Marry Me Chicken Salad

2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts

2 strips bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled

2 tablespoons chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes

2 tablespoons grated or shaved Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons mayo

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 leaf fresh basil

1/4 teaspoon garlic

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 tsp salt

Gather all ingredients.

Add chicken, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese to a bowl.

Whisk kewpie mayo, lemon juice, basil, garlic, oregano, and thyme together in a small bowl or cup. Taste; season with salt.

Pour dressing over chicken; toss to combine evenly. Serve immediately, or chill for 30 minutes to overnight for flavors to meld.
