Marry Me Chicken Salad

Ingreadient
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts

  • 2 strips bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons grated or shaved Parmesan cheese

  • 3 tablespoons mayo

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 leaf fresh basil

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Direction
  1. Gather all ingredients.

  2. Add chicken, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese to a bowl. 

  3. Whisk kewpie mayo, lemon juice, basil, garlic, oregano, and thyme together in a small bowl or cup. Taste; season with salt.

  4. Pour dressing over chicken; toss to combine evenly. Serve immediately, or chill for 30 minutes to overnight for flavors to meld.
