  • 6 hot dogs

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.

  2. Meanwhile, cut hot dogs in half, crosswise. Make 3 cuts on one side of each hot dog, leaving about ⅓ rounded end of hot dog uncut for octodog head. Flip hot dog; make 3 more cuts on other side, so you have 8 legs

  3. Cook octodogs in boiling water until cooked through and legs curl up, about 1 minute.
