Teriyaki Chicken Sliders

Ingreadient
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons sweet Thai chili sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

  • 2 cups shredded Chinese cabbage

  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce

  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls

Direction
  1. Gather all ingredients.

  2. For mayonnaise sauce, stir mayonnaise, chili sauce, Sriracha, and rice vinegar together in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.

  3. For slaw, mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, and ginger together in a bowl. Set aside.

  4. In a separate bowl, stir chicken, teriyaki sauce, and sesame seeds together.

  5. Slice rolls open horizontally. Coat cut sides of top rolls with mayonnaise sauce. Add slaw to the cut sides of roll bottoms, top with chicken mixture. Add top rolls and serve.
