Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

Ingreadient
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1 stalk celery, chopped

  • ½ onion, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, or to taste

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed

  • salt and pepper to taste

Direction
  1. Gather all ingredients.

  2. Mash chickpeas in a medium bowl with a fork.

  3. Mix in celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
