Zucchini Quiche

Ingreadient
  • 2 cups grated zucchini

  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

  • 6 large eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Direction
  1. Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Spread grated zucchini on the bottom of the pie shell.

  3. Pour beaten eggs over zucchini and top with Cheddar cheese.

  4. Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center of quiche comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
